QC Hair – Shipping Policy
At QC Hair, we carefully prepare and dispatch every order so you receive your wig install products quickly and securely. With precision, comes unmatched confidence.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

- Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the day your order is dispatched.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Remote and regional areas may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size/weight, and the service you select. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (check the cart or homepage for current offers).
5. Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow its progress.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Email qchairau@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details.
- We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details. Any additional shipping costs to re-send the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
